Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide guest experiences at our beachfront restaurant. A great bartender will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly wage plus tips. Our 2022 season runs from May-October.

Responsabilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurants patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snasks and drinks
• Assess cutomers´ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers indentifications and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory ans supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture ans excellent guest experience
• Comply with all beverage regulations

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a barteneder
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, blnding, garnising and serving drinks
• Experience with POS systems, preferably TOAST
• Positive to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant state approved alcohol awareness training

Salary: $3.89 per hour plus tips
